NtandoKaZim Projects was established in 2014, it is a black owned and managed business. It is a level 1 BBBEE company, with 1 black female shareholder. We are NHBRC and CIDB registered. The company mainly focuses on Building and Civil Engineering projects, our core skill is Project and Programme Management. We have a Project Management Office (PMO), which is responsible for ensuring that proper project management principles and methodologies are followed. We believe in a hands-on approach on all projects. That is why a Director of the firm will always be assigned to a project to ensure that decisions are taken timeously at project level. We are also equipped with the latest technology to ensure professional.

Various construction and civil works projects including the following:
1. Electrical Installation and wiring – DC Electrical
2. Alterations and Building renovations – University of Johannesburg
3. Plumbing and Maintenance – University of Johannesburg
4. Sinaba Stadium renovations of roof, insulation, electrical installation and wiring, tiling and glazing –
Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality
5. Emergency Services Human Settlement Northern Region – Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality
1. Renovation of 2 Secondary Schools - DBSA
We believe health and safety is an integral part of our business, and a strategic item in our business.
We appoint all the necessary Safety personnel, on all our sites. This includes qualified Safety officers and we also train local labourers for the role of safety reps, this is done as part of skills transfer.
Our workers are also provided with the necessary safety gear and we hold toolbox talks every morning
on site.
